FROM ZERO TO SEVENTEEN…
I was born on 08.12 1968 in Bakırköy / Istanbul. I completed my primary and secondary school in Bayrampaşa / Istanbul. There is too much reasons…Nevermore, in conclusion, my relations with school were good “apart from lessons”. That is why, I would not mention from the period of primary & secondary schools which are not impressed me overly. I passed my childhood being very addict to football. I am very honoured even today because of the training with Mr. Serpil Hamdi Tüzün, coach of the beginners, in the permanent staff of The Club of Beşiktaşspor at the Şeref Stadium at that period. When I was seventeen years old, I have passed an operation from my left ankle of my foot. So, I am still bearing its traces on my ankle. The reason of my explications of this subject : in spite of I meet some difficulties on this way to become a footballer, I had some godliked casual events in the initial years of my business and professional life. Later, I commented this situation so : Scilicet, I would become an industrialist.

UNIVERSITY :
HASAN ÖZTÜRKER, A REAL INTELLECTUAL AND AN IDEALIST PROFESSOR
I started to my professional education by major overman which I called “HASAN ÖZTÜRKER UNIVERSITY” after my school life that finished in my 16-17 ages. I would like especially to express that I found the idealist teacher type on my Master Hasan Usta with which I could not never coincide in my school life. He has almost been created to teach me all he has learned. The agitation of his expression caused me interest and affection on the subject of metal sheet and plastic moulding. Besides, in the same period, I was continued to engineering drawing courses at İnönü Industrial Professional High-school by reason of my master’s encouragements. I am fulfilling my profession gladly and I owe this attachment of my profession to my Master Hasan Usta. I mention him with respect and affection, being an innominate hero of this country. I upbear and incline with respect in front of that headman that is specialist at metal processing and expert in using metal at automation scope. May he breathe luxuriant.

MASTER’S DEGREE :
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND CREATIVENESS ;
BİROL ARALP
Three years of time period that I called : “my university period” has finished and I went down from my only overman. I was 19 years old. After some enterprises infertile which continous three or five months, I started work as moulding foreman at the Company called “GUBİ Mutfak Eşyaları” where was in Bayrampaşa-Maltepe Industrial marketplace and which was small at the beginning, but afterwards it has been one of the leader Company at its own business scope, producing plastic kitchen equipments like : strainer, food grater, pepper & salt shaker, lemon squeezer. GUBI was almost a school that I completed my master degree in it. My professor in that Company was again a great expert Birol ARALP. He was a great moulding & cutting expert. My experiences and informations about moulding have been developped much more by him. But, it was not only the moulding subject that he added to my experiences. Besides, my professor Birol teacher was a specialist of product designer and developer at the same time. His disciplines are hidden in my today’s designes and the aesthetic features which make easier the human life. Another innominate hero, industrialist and producer of this country Birol ARALP passed away in 2008. I remember that precious Expert with respect and God’s mercy. May he rest in peace.

STOVE CHILLING AND SPIRIT ENTERPRISING :
Two valuable Masters…After spending 3 years by the first and 4 years by the second, I started my life of managership opening a small moulding house (1993). At the Bayrampaşa-Maltepe Industrial Market Place, on the third floor, a store of 50 meter square. A manual milling machine, a drill, an electrical small stove and a chair. There was not any table, only chair… There was only 4 pieces of first fixtures of that Company at the beginning. But, within 3-5 years, milling machines, lathes, erosions, pantographes charged in it. If ever, man put up the shutter of that shop which had not any iron carpentery in its door, the shop would be opened. When man taked down the shutters, the shop would be closed. I taked down the shutters in order to protect myself against cold in the snowy days, and I holded open the shutters two-three handspan from down for avoiding that my clients expecting the shop was closed. Incoming guest knocked the shutter, I put up the shutter for leading visitor in the shop. This situation had been received as normal at those days which I accept it today cranky, the enterprising efforts of that young man was received with appreciation in spite of some lackings. Rememberance of the old days, I can never forget my electrical Ihlas quartz stove. In so much as that the snow and blizzard enter from the aperture of the shutter opened from two-three handspan, the stove which was at the bottom of my legs, nearly chilled with me, without warming up itself when I was working by the milling machine.

THE WAY…
When I was opened my workplace, our staff consisted of two persons, My Father and Me… My father worked in a factory as a worker, after having his retirement, he has been the unique worker apart of me, as my unique assistant. I furnished producing high & excellent quality moulds in my new business place. The quality of my moulds and the sensibility for keeping my promises are the biggest factor which render Oğuzhan Plastik as a permanent Company. In the first business years, serving to my customers, my ideal was to be producer, manufacturing high quality moulds and to compose a brand. In order to effect this ideal, in 1996, after three years of the institution of my Company, I taked my first step, producing the first mould of floor wiper and in the same year, I applied to Turkish Patent Institut for having Vialli brand. I am making progress since 17 years on the way of the managership on which I taked my first step in 1993. Within that period, the business area of Oğuzhan Plastik, arrived to 1600 m2 from 50 m2, the personnel quantity arrived to 32 from 1, the diversity of products arrived to 30, the quantity of country which we export arrived to 45. When I consider this progression of the 17 years of period from angle of the length of the time, I do not accept this is a speedy progression. In spite of this, I am feeling very happy and thanking God after seeing the added values which furnish to our domestical and foreign customers that buy and sell our products, to our workers, to our suppliers and to our State, of Oğuzhan Plastik that I instituted with limited opportunities starting from a scratch.
